GO GREEN • We’re always surrounded by all kinds of chemicals. In particular, cleaning detergents can contain lots of chemicals that are harmful to the environment and to us. Therefore, it’s a good idea to make such detergents yourself. It’s quite simple and very cheap. Let me show you a few of the recipes here.
Sarah loves SWEET STUFF • Sarah Jahn is 21 years old, a chef, a confectioner and a new, hopeful talent in Austria. She creates recipes and participates in several TV-shows in her home country. As #sarahliebtsuess she inspires her followers and fans every day. This name isn’t just a slogan, it also describes Sarah in a nutshell because she really loves sweet things. We’ve been lucky enough to convince her to create some recipes for the magazine, based on the best seasonal ingredients, throughout the entire year of 2022.
BRILLIANT AND EXQUISITE MIXTURE OF MATERIALS • Once they had decided to slow down and focus on a better quality of life, James and Clare Templeton were drawn to a small coastal town close to Cape Town where they built their modern, farmhouse-inspired home. An important part of the task offered to the architect WP Bosch was to create a house that would fit perfectly into the scenic surroundings. All the materials are natural, including stone, slate, tin, concrete and wood, and they are all very modern, exquisite and traditional.

OUTDOOR LIFE all year round • Michael used to work as a carpenter here at the magazine and he’s a talented hobby photographer, hunter and chef as well. He’s married to Catarina who’s a great cosmetician, a wonderful singer and a person who loves interior design, outdoor life and cooking. All year round, the couple goes on trips in nature with their children Calle, Pelle and Viggo. They go fishing and hunting, they prepare food over an open fire, and they sleep under the stars or in a shelter. Whenever she’s got time, Cat blogs about their life. Here we’ll show you some of their creative recipes for food prepared on an open fire and in the pizza oven in the garden.

Collages WITH KEYS • I went to a flea market and came across a pile of old frames without glass and a box full of rusty keys, and they were just so decorative that I had to take them home to my workshop. I wanted to combine these two items in a funny way and that’s how I came up with the idea of making key collages.
